Delivery time to USA and Australia: 10-14 business days

Delivery time to Europe: 7-15 business days. 

Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare your order and send you a confirmation email when your package is shipped!

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by Paypal. To pay with an Aurore card, Bank card, Maestro and other debit cards, you have to make the payment through Paypal even if you don't have an account. To do so, you just have to select "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay by credit card or Visa debit card" on the next page. Then, you enter your country (Australia), and in the card type, you can select your card.

After an order is placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item is mailed.You can contact us during the first 24 hours for a full refund without special reasons. After 72 hours, you can start tracking your order on the "Track My Order" tab in the store. Simply enter your order number (starting with #FH...) and the email address with which you placed your order on our store website. You will then have a more precise view of the follow-up of your order by our team. The delivery times are available below according to your location.
