1- Get into a plank position. Look at the floor straight, keep your neck aligned with your back straight.
2 - Raise your right knee to your right elbow and then bring it back. Alternate with your left knee up to the left elbow.
Perform 4 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute recovery between each set.
Donkey Kicks: 4 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute recovery between each set.
1 - Position yourself on your knees and arms.
2 - Bend the right knee, slowly lift the right foot as high as possible and bring the leg down (change sides to work the opposite gluteal muscles).
Crossed level up: 2 sets of 20 repetitions with 1 minute of recovery between each set.
1 - Position yourself on the left knee and arms.
2 - Stretch your leg slightly above the ground, slowly lift the right leg up and down (not too high) and left to right, then do the same on the opposite side.
Double leg press: 4 sets of 15 repetitions with 1 minute of recovery between each set.
1 - Position yourself on your arms and lift your legs.
2 - Bend your legs close to your chest and straighten your legs with your toes pointing upwards (feet flex).
Leg lift: 4 sets of 15 repetitions with 1 minute of recovery between each set.
1 - Position yourself on your back, sheathing your stomach well.
2- Straighten your legs above the ground with your legs close together.
