But to give you an overview here are two examples:
Twist one: 4 sets of 20 repetitions with 1 minute of recovery between each set.
1- Get into a standing position on the platform. Look straight ahead with your back straight and knees slightly bent with an elastic band in each hand.
2 - While twisting on yourself, pull your rubber bands up to your elbows.
With this simple gesture, you are already working your thighs, abs, shoulders, but also your arms!
Twist hips: 4 sets of 20 repetitions with 30 s recovery between each set.
1 - Position yourself seated on the platform.
2 - Bend your knees, lift your legs and twist on the platform, with or without your arms on the ground to increase resistance.
In addition to being very fun, this exercise will sculpt an hourglass figure!
